Video – ECO LEAN MANAGEMENT BOARDS and operational meetings for companies caring for sustainable development
Eco Lean Management Board is designed to select relevant indicators at the operational level. Indicators have to be adapted to the current situation of the focus area to reflect its problems and challenges. Eco Lean Management Board underlines the importance of boosting eco-efficiency and is a base to perform operational meetings, which help employees to review indicators and take corrective and preventive actions.
